MICHELLA

SALON COORDINATOR EST. 2016 AT TS

Michella was born and raised in Edmonton and is mother to two amazing and adorable boys. After years of working in customer service and administration, she decided she was ready to make a change. Having always been inspired by the creativity and innovation in the hair and beauty industry, she found herself a new family and home at Tommie Salon as our Salon Manager.

Outside of beauty and fashion she also has a deep passion for Yoga and Meditation, and has completed Yoga Teacher Training to be a certified instructor. She gets a sense of true joy and balance from Yoga, which carries over into over into her everyday life. 

Michella is one of the calming voices that can inspire you and accommodate you for your next hair appointment.

CAITLYN

LEAD STYLIST/EDUCATOR EST. 2014 AT TS

Caitlyn has grown through the ranks at Tommie Salon and has flourished into a talented stylist.

Her Journey in the industry started in High School where she completed her Cosmetology program, after joining our team in 2014 she realized that she had found her passion. Since then she has had many achievements, such as becoming a Session Stylist with Kevin Murphy & winning the Frank Cairo Award at MC College. Caitlyn's talents extend beyond hair to include a natural ability to see beauty in everything and everybody, allowing her to transform your look into a masterpiece using Jane Iredale mineral makeup.

Clients and coworkers alike have come to know her as a true people person who never forgets a face and knows how to deliver a very personalized, custom-tailored appointment.

BRANDY

STYLIST/MAKEUP ARTIST EST. 2020 AT TS

Brandy has many skill sets under her belt and started in the beauty industry as a painter, cosplay / prop builder, and jewelry-maker. After years of having a passion for movies, Brandy decided to take her shot in the film industry. She trained under a professional special fx artist who worked in many films including the "Ginger Snaps" franchise. After being certified as professional makeup and special fx artist she decided to train in the hair industry as well to sharpen her skill set. Brandy was accepted into Estelle academy and the rest is history.

She is wildly creative and has a passion for the beauty industry, In her spare time she expresses herself through art and loves creating character designs and graffiti art. Brandy has a passion for hockey, WWE, mountain climbing, camping and skydiving. She also loves cuddling up with a good book or scary movie.

TERESA

Teresa is an incredibly creative woman with over 45 years of experience in the industry! Not only is she a leader in our industry, she has also mastered the art of Italian cooking with nonna and zia.  Her true artistic nature has assisted in developing beautiful Japanese art, as well as designing garden architecture.

Teresa has enjoyed an amazing career,  which includes owning her own salon. She has a huge passion for hair, fashion and people. She prides herself on continually educating herself to keep ahead of trends and remain progressive. With several trips to Europe for training and long education stays in New York, there are so many certifications in Teresa's portfolio, we would run out of web space to list them all!

Angela is originally from a small town, Merritt, in the interior of BC. She made a move to the big city of Vancouver where she worked for over 10 years mastering her craft. If you’re having a crazy day, just a few minutes with Angela, and her presence will immediately calm you, that's what she does for us.

In addition to being an artist with hair, Angela loves experimenting with acrylic paints. She predominantly loses herself in abstract art. Someone with such strong skills in grounding everyone else, finds this is the best way to ground herself.

Outside of the salon, Ava enjoys expressing her creativity in other ways, such as crocheting. She’s also a big fan of live music and loves attending concerts to experience the energy and connection of a great performance. In her downtime, Ava enjoys reading, often immersing herself in books that inspire her both personally and professionally. Sydney joined the Tommie Salon team in June 2025 and is already making her mark as our newest hair apprentice! She dreams of becoming a successful stylist and brings her creative spark to every client she meets. When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll find her diving into all things “artsy fartsy”, from embroidery projects to any creative outlet she can get her hands on.

Brook made the move from Prince George, BC to start her hair journey here in Edmonton. She graduated from Est Elle and is loud and proud of the time she spent learning there. Tommie Salon has been the perfect fit for her as she settles into her role behind the chair.

Away from work, Brook loves to spend as much time outdoors as possible, whether it be paddle boarding, perusing River Valley, or simply a good ol’ fashion soak in the sun this girl loves getting fresh air!
