CANCELLATION POLICY

We at Tommie Salon understand everyone has busy lives & schedules! This is why we offer 48 hour courtesy reminder prior to your appointment as we hope this will help our guests reschedule or cancel appointments if and when necessary. Due to a very high volume of guests, Tommie Salon requires a MINIMUM of 48 hour cancellation notice during business hours. Cancellation within 48-24 hours: 50% of the appointment will be charged. Under 24 hours cancellation or no-show: 100% of the appointment will be charged.
